Before going out to have direct contact with nature, the adventurer must consider some points that will prevent further problems and will make one enjoy better their route or itinerary. Sometimes joining nature turns out to be easy for people accustomed to the urban environment. However, it’s best to leave home well equipped.
Our shoes should be comfortable and resistant. The boots that protect the ankles prevent sprains. Sometimes it’s good to wear another pair of shoes because when we walked for several hours, to get to the car, feet will feel more relaxed to change shoes.
Clothing should allow us to move freely as we walk. It is better to have more layers of clothing as you go to remove heat or put them on if very cold. Use sunscreen and wear a cap or hat that is healthy for our skin at any time. Besides all this you should carry in your backpack a raincoat.
Well Prepared for Hiking
If you walk for several hours, do not forget to bring enough water and some food that provides energy, such as nuts, other than the main meal. Also we should add to our small luggage an analgesic and disinfectant alcohol in case of injury.
