This coupled with the fact that the city itself, is an important railway junction connected across Spain but also in Portugal and France, creating the recipe of success for a popular travel destination.

San Sebastian is located in the Bay Biscay, in the northern part of the Basque Country and attracts many tourists. From the ancient Roman settlement, as the monastery of St. Sebastian, founded in 1014, and its current development, the city is a cultural hotspot.

In San Sebastian are many art exhibitions of Spain, and there is the Miramar Palace and the Palace Agiete with lovely gardens, which is the summer residence of the King.
