For a long time I wanted to take a nice holiday in Belgium. The first time I was limited to see Brussels and Antwerp. The second I was particularly impressed but I knew that Belgium was not just all that. So I strongly desired to return to this country made of wind and green, two of the elements that have always fascinated me most. In Bruges I was not disappointed. There were so many things that pleasantly surprised me. Other things however left me with a little bitter taste which is why I want to tell you.

Possitive factors: The beautiful sunsets of Bruges. It is no coincidence that this city is known as the Venice of the North. This great location has the best atmosphere in the Nordic countries with that nice breeze that you get between the head and neck, and the best of the reflected light on the channels just as if we were in a small Venice. Among other things Bruges is not so small. When you arrive you plan to visit in the afternoon. In reality there can be a couple of days exploring the narrow streets of its houses hanging on the channels by gazing at the light and the environment that changes hour by hour. Splendor.

Negative factors. Unfortunately Bruges is really very touristy. I did not think so when I arrived. Taking a walk during sunset you will see tourists move from side to side of the road looking for the best end to take a picture. Some corners are then filled with stands to wait for the right time when the light comes on and take the second level of the house that is reflected perfectly in the water.
