The Pamir Mountains is one of the great natural treasures throughout Asia and is also one of the most unexplored by man and likewise the top of the planet. To get to the base from where you can start exploring the Pamir Mountains, one should take the Pamir Highway which comes from Dushanbe of Kyrgyztan, referencing the small tourist town Khorog where time can be devoted to food and visits to the museum.

A look that has been proposed to explore the mountains, we recommend you have a local guide to take you to the beautiful Lake Sareskoye in the heart of the Pamir formed in 1911 by an earthquake that caused a high piece of Mount fall on the river. Besides that, there is also the interesting lake Kara Kul formed by the collision of a meteorite over 10 million years ago with a diameter of more than four miles!

Believe us, this gives very much food for thought with a meteorite of this size and some companies also offer their helicopter services to search for what they believe exist in their high hills, the famous Yeti. I leave it to your consideration and we hope you enjoy this vacation.
