Their most important piece of advice is to pick up a Dublin Pass as at the airport from the Visit Dublin Tourist Office. It costs €55 per person for two days or €35 for one day and guarantees you access to places such as Dublin Zoo, the James Joyce Centre and AquaZone at the National Aquatic Centre. If you make the most of it, you can save a significant amount of money.

In the daytime, why not take in some shopping at George’s Street Arcade or Grafton Street, or you could experience true Irish hospitality in the pubs and bars of the Temple Bar area. Of course, no visit to the great city of Dublin would be complete without a trip to the famous Guinness Brewery where you can learn all about the black stuff and get to pour your own pint at the end.

With expert advice contributed by the excellent folk at Visit Dublin and Christ Church Cathedral, it’s the perfect companion to your weekend in Dublin.
