• Found in Glasgow is the Burrell Collection. The owner of the museum is a wealthy industrialist that devoted his life in collecting art. This museum is found in the suburb of the city. It is said to be the most admired museum in the whole city. The collection is focused on medieval art. Part of the collection would include French paintings and ceramics coming from Chinese people.

• Another museum found in Glasgow is the Hunterian art gallery. This artistic property is owned by James Mc Neill Whistler. It is reconstructing the home of the famous designer Charles Mackintosh. The display is filled with oil artworks created by Rembrandt and the like. It is also said to have the best collection of Scottish paintings that were created during the 19th century.
