A wonderful getaway in the northern coast of France, the lovely Normandy, a part of the French mainland, which is always a revelation for visitors. The northeastern region of Calvados in Normandy is characterized by its unique nature and the picturesque coastal towns. The region extends over almost the entire length of the northern coastline and into several internally. Around the valley of the Seine, the green areas, was once axis of commerce and culture.
The route to the city of Deauville, is among the most indicative and is about 250 km drive from the bustling and cosmopolitan Paris. The road has many straight runs and lush landscapes that creates the Seine. The seaside town of Deauville, stealing items from the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the capital and is an attraction for Parisians in the spring and summer. The walks on the quiet streets of the city and the tranquility of the coast, supplemented by numerous cafes and small restaurants.
Particularly interesting is the aquarium, while many fans have races with horses of the famous local breed, often organized. The casino is what you need for the night while shopping in the shops of branded fashion houses can not avoid them one.
The neighboring town of Trouville, although not the fame and glamor of Deauville, is equally beautiful and picturesque. The open horizon view of the North Sea from the wooden waterfront is an unforgettable picture. The palate have a field day there, after the mussels and other shellfish served in that steaming pots and accompanied by a sauce specialties.
A key feature of this town is the strong tidal phenomenon that will admire as little time in the water withdrawn deeply revealing the sandy bottom while literally thousands of gulls and seabirds make their appearance in search of easy food.
